A lot has been happening with a number of projects I’ve been involved with.
Fight Church
There has been a ton of great news recently for Fight Church. The film has been picked up for distribution by LionsGate and Netflix and is coming to iTunes this September and other outlets later in the fall. The film also made the front page of the New York Times alongside a 5 min op-doc piece I mixed about the film.
It’s also playing at Raindance at the end of the month, and has played SideWalk Film Festival, the United Film Festival, and it won Best Documentary at the Rome International Film Festival.
Also at Sidewalk
I was fortunate to also have two other films that I mixed playing at Sidewalk this year, When You Were Mine, and That’s The Clouds.
The Last Season
I’m also very proud that The Last Season will be playing at the esteemed Camden Film Festival documentary fest in Maine at the end of this month.
Upcoming film work
In other news, I just finished sound editing and mixing the new documentary from the directors of GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, and am starting up on the new Ross Brothers feature documentary project that I’m really excited about.
Video Games!
In video game news I dialogue edited the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game for Paramount Pictures, which received a cool review on Kotaku.
Shorts!
I also mixed a short film for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, directed by The Internet’s Own Boy director Brian Knappenberger about Greenpeace and the NSA.
And last but not least, I sound edited and mixed the fun launch teaser trailer for the video game Crookz, featuring the infamously legendary Ron Jeremy (don’t worry, it’s NOT porn and totally safe for work!!)
